08 / RISK
What can go wrong.
The main risks a reader should understand before trading.
Market and liquidity risk
Price can fall sharply. Order books and pools can be thin. A position may be difficult to exit at the expected price, especially in a stressed market.
Product and volume risk
Kyorai fees depend on trading volume. Lower volume means less fee revenue and a smaller or absent buyback. The product may face competition.
Smart contract risk
A bug, exploit or unexpected interaction could affect the token or the aggregator. An audit reduces but does not eliminate this risk.
Venue and access risk
A centralized venue can suspend deposits, withdrawals or trading. It can change its terms or restrict a jurisdiction.
Regulatory risk
The treatment of digital assets differs by jurisdiction and can change. A venue, feature or access path may become unavailable.
Execution risk
Buyback and burn depend on fee flow and operating decisions. The engine may be paused, adjusted or delayed. No amount, date or price is guaranteed.
You can lose all of the value you put at risk. Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose.
